Seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo \u201ccenso de cabinas telef\u00f3nicas\u201d realizado por la Compa\u00f1\u00eda Telef\u00f3nica el a\u00f1o 2019, en Espa\u00f1a existen todav\u00eda 14.800.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deber\u00eda haber visto alguna recientemente, pero no es as\u00ed. Lo cual me lleva a la conclusi\u00f3n de que, o no son tantas, o no est\u00e1n ubicadas en las zonas que transito o, lo m\u00e1s probable, como no me resultan de ninguna utilidad (ni tan siquiera est\u00e9tica), no les presto la m\u00e1s m\u00ednima atenci\u00f3n. Las primeras cabinas telef\u00f3nicas se instalaron en Espa\u00f1a sobre el a\u00f1o 1963, convirti\u00e9ndose en un servicio p\u00fablico. Hoy, resulta obvio que con la evoluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica de los aparatos telef\u00f3nicos y la generalizaci\u00f3n de los m\u00f3viles, se han convertido en prescindibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el a\u00f1o 1.943, es decir 20 a\u00f1os antes, se public\u00f3 el libro \u201cA theory of Human Motivation, de <strong>Abraham Maslow<\/strong>, dando a conocer la famosa <strong>\u201cpir\u00e1mide de necesidades<\/strong>\u201d. Sus teor\u00edas han sido muy utilizadas como base para la gesti\u00f3n de personas en las Organizaciones, adem\u00e1s de otros campos como la publicidad La tesis central de la pir\u00e1mide de las necesidades, expresa que los seres humanos tienen necesidades estructuradas en diferentes estratos, de tal modo que las necesidades secundarias o superiores van surgiendo a medida que se van satisfaciendo las m\u00e1s b\u00e1sicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace ya algunos a\u00f1os que empez\u00f3 la tendencia a invertir en el bienestar de las personas. Por lo menos, a hablar de ello. Empezaron a crearse proyectos de wellness, pol\u00edticas de wellbeing, a medir el engagement, en lugar del \u201cclima\u201d, e incluso algunas empresas llegaron a crear Departamentos de Felicidad. Sin embargo, la pandemia ha acelerado y, posiblemente, generalizado la necesidad de poner a <strong>las personas en el centro <\/strong>del modelo de gesti\u00f3n. Pensar y actuar para mejorar su bienestar. Efectivamente, se est\u00e1 dando una dimensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s global, hol\u00edstica y tambi\u00e9n estrat\u00e9gica a la gesti\u00f3n del well-being.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e1 m\u00e1s que demostrado que las empresas que trabajan para eliminar las culturas t\u00f3xicas, los estilos de management jer\u00e1rquicos y las pol\u00edticas no inclusivas, generan mayor satisfacci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s engagement y mejores resultados. Pero m\u00e1s importante a\u00fan, ayudan a generar una sociedad m\u00e1s saludable y m\u00e1s feliz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos los \u00e1mbitos profesionales se mueven por modas y tendencias. De nosotros depende trabajar en la evoluci\u00f3n positiva y creciente de este foco en el ser humano.
